Default camera orientation on galaxy 4g

is there anyone to change the direction of the pictures that are taken on the galaxy s 4g? All the pictures that are taken show up in landscape. My friends mytouch 4g does potrait and landscape. anyone know of a work around?

You can change the orientation in the Settings > Scene Mode option from the camera app...my Mytouch 3G did this automatically, kind of a bummer it has to be done manually.

can anyone help when using skype video the orientation is altered thus one cannot see the opposite person in the same direction but slanted.

I still can't figure out how to flip it vertically. Scene mode just adjust the ISO/Whitebalance
