  1. Upgrades from DI18 to EC05 started on Monday, March 21st. 100% of the base was eligible for the upgrade as of Thursday March 24th. Due to the “checkin” process, it may take several days (up to 7 days from the last “checkin” for that specific device) for users to receive the download and install the upgrade.
  2. Upgrades from EB13 to EC05 started on Monday, March 28th. 100% of the base was eligible for the upgrade the same day. Due to the “checkin” process, it may take several days (up to 7 days from the last “checkin” for that specific device) for users to receive the download and install the upgrade.
  3. Upgrades from all other production releases (DG17, DG27 and DI07) to EC05 were enabled on Monday March 28th. Due to a bug in these releases, Google will have to manually reset the “checkin” time on the devices. Google has committed to ensuring this happens but has not provided a specific timeline to complete this.
  4. The OTW tool for the retail stores will be deployed on March 31st.
