making the phone's voice quiet automatically during calls
I often use the Navigation app when I drive. I leave the voice on, so I can keep my eyes on the road. I must answer calls, as it’s primarily a business phone (and my driving around is primarily done for business reasons). It is legal in my state to drive and talk on a phone; they only disallow texting.
The problem is, when I answer the phone and ask the customer “May I help you?” then they start to describe their situation to me. And, inevitably, I miss a lot of what they’re saying because the Navigation app is still talking too...
I’m hoping there’s a setting, or a downloadable app, that will tell the speech program in the Blaze phone to go quiet when there’s an incoming call. Or maybe I can silence it quickly with a push of some select buttons.
Anyone with a solution? Thanks!
