My galaxy s blaze with ICS has both options, period to sync and sync schedule. Shouldn't it just have one or the other? It's a hotmail account using exchange.

I set sync schedule to push, so do I also need to set the period to sync? I set that to automatic but it keeps changing itself to 3 days.

What's the problem here?

I have moved this thread into the Blaze forums to get some better device specific support.

Otherwise have you tried just setting a sync schedule and seeing if that works?

Otherwise what is wrong with just putting it on something other than automatic?

I think I am confused.

Is sync the same as push? If sync is set to 3 days, does that mean my emails will only be pushed thru every 3 days?
