The first day I tried to use it I would get disconnected from the 4G network about every 5-30 minutes of streaming, and I'm not entirely sure why. The phone still claims to be uploading/downloading and still says it has reception, but it won't load anything unless I set it to airplane mode and back again. Anyone else having this problem or have any suggestions as to how to fix it? My office is pretty close to a cell tower, and I get about 3-4 bars out of 4 usually, it just sort of stops working periodically.

Maybe it's switching between 4g and edge? Go to your mobile network settings and choose "wcdma only". Should stay on 4g or nothing.
