Default T-Mobile just sent me a software update-what's up?

Anyone know details of the software update to Android, that T-Mobile just sent out. I allowed my phone to update, not thinking about what crap might be in this package. Anyway know?

Start by telling us! Does your phone act any differently? Were you rooted before, and if so, are you still rooted?

As for me, I rejected the update after my phone said it was unsigned. I didn't feel like risking it.

I just installed update today. I haven't noticed any changes so far.
I am using stock rom 4.04. I haven't even installed the Android update that T-Mobile offered.

Ah, okay. I think I'm still not going to update, and will freeze wssyncmlnps and the software update apps to avoid further nag screens.

The forum on xda has an active discussion on the update.

You can update if you're stock then flash clockworkmod with heimidal or Odin and flash super user in recovery to become rooted.

The developement thread on xda has a root retaining version of the upate. Flash via CWM as any other ROM and when you go to reboot it prompts you asking if you want to fix root to retain it. Click yes and you're good.
