Default How do you pull audio recordings off phone?

I have the I9000 I have some audio recordings and want to copy them to my computer. Is this possible?

Connect usb to pc, select "mass storage"
Swipe down the status bar, click "usb and select "mount"

on your pc, goto your filemanager and copy your files

They are stored on the internal storage
You can find it at x:\Sounds
