The official way is via KIES. I'm not entirely sure how to do this as I've never updated using this particular method. There are several methods of doing this unofficially if you are comfortable with it, I personally do it unofficially because I believe modded ROMs (Android OS) are much better than the Samsung ones.

How would you like to proceed?

Download Kies 2.0 from the Samsung website then just connect your phone. If there is an official update available, it will prompt you and just follow the instructions. It is very simple. If there is no official update and you still want to upgrade, then jollygoon will be of better help as I have never updated without Kies.
