Default Blocked Installation of Apps

I have the Samsung Galaxy S through AT&T. I had to factory reset my phone to correct an issue. I downloaded the App "Back up pro" and backed up all of my information. Now I am trying to get it back and my contacts came back but they were messed up and now I can't get all of my apps to come back....I keep getting this message "Install Blocked-For security, your phone is set to block installation of applications not obtained from Android Market"

How do I fix this without going out to the market and searching and reinstalling all of them?
