Hi Guys...I've had my Samsung Galaxy S for 9 months now and only about 3 months agon I've found out that my phone has been dialing ramdon numbers from my contacts aswell as numbers I dont recognise whilest is in my pocket or if I just leave it on my desk...People have called me saying that I've called them and dont say anthing all they hear is me talking in the back round sort off...What is the cause of this??? The thing is I've also got the key lock where I've got to join the DOTS together in order for me to use the phone to dial out or use the phone...Help and advise it greatly needed...thank you guys in advance for your help...

Hmmm sounds very strange. if you have the key lock on then I am wondering if you have either a rouge app or a virus. You could try going through all your apps and see if there are any that are getting negative reviews in the market. You could also try a factory reset and wiping your cache. You might even want to do a total re flash of your phones software to make sure it is wiped.

My Samsung Galaxy S cell phone also makes random calls without any initiative from me. Sometimes it makes calls to people from my contact list, other times it just calls out to random numbers. When I review the call log, most of the time the call time shows up as 0:00 for the calls, and often the random calls are made every minute. My cell phone screen is locked so there's no way the numbers are accidentally dialed. One time I saw it happen right before my eyes, where I was not even touching the phone and it started making outgoing calls automatically. TMobile technician asked me to take out the battery and replacing it each day to see if it would fix the problem, but it was way too much hassle. They sent me a new Samsung Galaxy S cell phone, but I only have it for two weeks, and it starts making random outgoing calls again. I don't know if there's a bug with the cell phone or not, but I am stuck with this phone for the next two years
