Default Problems with my Galaxy S phone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S and sometimes for no apparent reason I'll get a Force Close message.. When I Force Close it doesn't let me go back to my home page, It keeps vibrating 3 times then back to the Force Close message.. I've had to wipe my phone several times because of this.. Sometimes after I hit the initial Force Close message I can catch it quick enough to be able to get to my Task Manager to kill all applications before it goes back to the Force Close message.. After the initial Force Close message, if I don't get to the Task Manager quick enough, I have to wipe my phone.. When I do catch it quick enough, I get a dumpstate_sys_201205241651_watchdog file logged under My Files.. What the hell is going on..???
