Angry Advertisements on the Galaxy.

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy and I am getting hugely irritated about software ads pushed down my throat sometimes 10 to 15 per day.
How can I change the settings on my Galaxy that I can stop this rubbish coming through to my phone.

Those ads are part of an application(s) installed on your phone. To find out what apps are doing this you can install Ad network detector from Play store.

AdAway works pretty well but you need to be rooted for the app to work.
