How to downgrade 4.0.4 to 2.3.6

Hello,

i need help, how to downgrade ice cream sandwich 4.0.4 to gingerbread 2.3.6. Im using galaxy s GTi9000, running ics 4.0.4 and my phone are rooted.

If any kind of lagfix applied, you MUST first remove the lagfix.

Next you can use Odin to flash a stock Gingerbread firmware.
