Hi guys

I am getting a problem on my Samsung Galaxy S3 where when im on a call, I can hear the caller for the first couple of seconds and then its like they have gone. The caller can still hear me but I cant hear them, I might get the odd heartbeat type sound but nothing else.

Thing that's confusing me is I am getting no problems when I play music and videos on the phone, the sounds perfect. Its like its only on calls.... anyone any idea what could be causing this??
