Default Weird info and diagnosis menu over home screen

Hi, I've been lookinf for a solution to my issue in the forums but I haven't been able to find something similar to what is happening.

I took my Galaxy s3 i9300 to be unlocked and the guys that helped me do it left a weird "system mode look alike window" over the home screen of the phone while I navigate trhough the apps or widgets. When I open an app or I go to the settings, the window dissapears.

The window shows general information of the phone and it's status.

The guys that helped me unlock it don't know how to get rid of it.

Does anybody know what could it be and how to remove it or hide it?

Thanks a lot in advance.
