Default Widgets in ICS...

I see phones running ICS on boost that have the widgets after the apps in the tray (same as on Jelly Bean). On the S2 you have to hit the menu button in the home screen to bring up widgets.. What gives, is this just how Samsung has it set up or what?

Default

Its probably Samsung's TouchWiz launcher which I never use anymore. Try Apex Launcher. It will show widgets in the app tray like you are talking about.
