Default Boost customer service & tech support

I must say, it is a pain in the a$$ to go through the prompts to get a live person on the phone. However, once you're in, it has been nothing but an awesome and pleasure experience with both customer service and especially tech support (main the reps in El Paso, TX)!

I understand your mileage may vary but I've called many time and pretty much every calls I've made has been awesome...it's a rarity now days!

I thought I would share this since we complaint more than give credit where credit is due!

When I have talked to them it has always been great for me. I have been with Boost for years now. It is just the automated system people tend not to like, and most every company uses them. When the Company I work for asked us how to improve the first thing all of us technicians said was to get rid of the automated prompt system. Most companies don't realize how much easier dealing with a customer will be if they haven't had to navigate an automated system to get to a person.

Lol here is a direct number to boost customer service. No numbers to punch, just a live person in one or 2 rings
