Please Help!
I have had my Samsung Galaxy S 2 HD LTE for only a month now, and today i ran a software update to Ice Cream Sandwich but it got frozen! and now it won't turn on. It is still charging and that battery sign comes up on the screen when its off. If I try to turn it on, the start up sound effect comes on, but then it gets stuck with "samsung" written on the screen. I tried to do the hard reset to the factory settings, but to no avail! I don't know what else to do.
