please help!
I have a Galaxy S2 HD LTE, I've had it for only a month now. The other day it was telling me to get a software update to ice cream sandwich, so i did it. But now it's not starting up. It is still charging, but when I turn it off, it gets frozen at the "samsung" screen. I've tried to hard reset it to the factory settings but to no avail. I don't know what to do. I really need my phone, because I am a student living away from home. :-(

I assume you mean you have a Skyrocket HD? I've moved this thread into the Skyrocket HD forum.

Also, it's recommended to do a factory reset after doing an update if you have troubles with your device. Make sure to back up any important contacts/messages if you do.
