how to connect samsung galaxy s2 to mtnl wifi router

when i try and connect my phone to the home wifi network it gives me that the wifi is secured with wpa/wpa2 psk.. how can one disable that so that the phone connects to the wifi network.

My laptop connects to the wifi network automatically.
Please advise and help.

There is no need, as you might expect, the SGS2 fully supports WPA/WPA2 PSK.

If you try to connect, it should ask for the key. Type it in and your phone should connect fine.

thanks for your reply..i did type in the key..but it still doesn't connect..i guess will have to check with the service provider..

My S2 connects after entering the password, but I want it to connect autotically in future, without entering the password every time I want to connect.
