These are all amazing!! I wanna be able to do them all!
Starting simple, though... after first five days of use, this is my homescreen.
SImple Constable painting (The Cornfield) and the wife's call button nice and handy!

That's just the standard clock widget with transparent theme. I have that too (if I want).

I love the Touchwiz digital clock, just hate that I can't make the background transparent.

I get a transparent widget for the stock when I add it to the home screen even in TW launcher. Can't remember how I did that now. Thought there was a setting somewhere. The only thing I have that could be different is having Go Launcher with Glass theme. But like I said, still get that transparent widget even in TW launcher.

You need Checkrom Revolution 4... you can then download and install the Ice Cream Sandwich theme plus loads of other goodies through the built in Kitchen app.

Or you can get my one. It's just called Digital Clock I think in the android market...free! Very customisable but I'm lazy.

For the home screens I'm using GoLauncher.
What is that news Widget you are using?

@iwant2 I know you didn't ask me, but I can help you with that.
GO Launcher Ex creates folders with that style. They are very nice when you open them.

Well time to share my homescreens:
I'm using Go Launcher Ex (changed from LauncherPro). The theme I'm using is a paid theme called "Clee 2", and I like it a lot. If you have any questions about any widgets or anything, feel free to ask.
I have 11 screens so trying to say everything I have in them would take me long haha.

JKay Settings will do it too, if you have a custom rom.
I decided to overhaul. First I tried Launch-X on the main screen, then I realised I was just cluttering it up so I put that on an adjacent screen. Here's the result of my clean-up. I'm quite happy with the simplicity now. Clicking the clock goes to Dolphin Browser.

Get Picspeed if you want to give it permission to your phone #, permission to read all of your personal calls, as well as all of your contacts phone numbers too. I've sent 3 emails asking why the update for picspeed asks for this now. No reply. The original did NOT ask for this, the update DOES. Went from a 4 1/2 star app to a 1. Shame, as it was a nice wallpaper gallery and an upgrade from Zedge for me originally.

If you have the BBC News app....
Press and hold anywhere on a home screen. Then select Widgets. Then select Large, as above, or Small BBC News Widget.

)

Seriously... Amazing design.
I don't think you can change the icons at the notification bar without root.
Cheers

Official show-off your homepage/s thread
Im loving my homepage setup atm but would love to see what others are doing with theirs. So I figured i'd make a thread so everyone can show off how they've customized their GS2's
Here is mine, im using 'Go launcher EX' instead of the default launcher:
