Need Latest Samsung Galaxy S2 Update?

I have checked my S2 as under:

PDA: I9100XWKF3
PHONE: I9100DDKE4
CSC:I9100ODDKF3

Build info: Thu Jun 9 KST2011

Model Number GT-19100

Android: 2.3.3
-------------------------

Then when i connect KIES via USB the kies software detects firmware as under
FIRMWARE:
LATEST : PDA:KF3/PHONE:KE4/CSC:KF3(INU)

Is this the latest update?
Where can i find the latest update to download to PC and then download it to Mobile. Coz i think there must be a latest updated to Android ?

I did tried to update via my phone by going to Setting > About the phone > Update but it tries to connect and then say connection to server failed.

M from India.

Need assistance.

It is reported that the software update from the phone only works in some countries , it works in the UK

When i received my S2 the other day it came with v2.3.3 , I ran the software update for the phone and it said their was an update, so i though great v2.3.4 , but after the update finished i was still on v2.3.3 , I think it was just and update for my sim card supplier

2.3.4 IS the latest update ? if yes how to update it via Phone or PC ?

check the list in the link below to see if v2.3.4 has been released in your country.
