Default Samsung Galaxy S2 - Screen Overheating

Does anyone have a Samsung Galaxy S2 that's experiencing a problem with the screen overheating (become almost too hot to even touch).

I've only had my phone for about a week now and today my screen has started to overheat when in use. The phone is not on charge however when I use it within a matter of a few minutes the screen becomes so hot that I can hardly even touch it. Bluetooth and GPS are switched off with the only thing running is the wi-fi.

I would understand if it was plugged in to charge but its not. I am rather concerned about this as have read a few people post about their phones freezing up when they become too hot.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know of this problem and what could be causing it would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Grant
