how do I get my video off my phone and on to my computer ?

I have been trying to extract some of my videos off my phone to my computer but cant seem to find the file when I am connected to my PC? Can some one help me do this please

It should be in the DCIM folder either in the Phone USB storage or the external microSD if you set it there as the target place for the video to be saved.

Can you view it from the gallery?

Yes it is in my gallery. I was trying to load a video to youtube and thought of doing it off my computer because it is so slow when I upload large files from my phone. I did get the job done but thank you I will look into that file and see if I can get my videos off my phone.
