Default In call volume

Hello all,
Im hoping this isn't a stupid question but i can't seem to find the answer on my phone. I got my sisters galaxy S2 the other day, this phone was unfortunately dropped down the toilet but thankfully there has only been one remaining problem on the phone. The button on the side of the phone is to increase the sound is broke, the decrease sound button is working fine. I can't seem to find an option In phone settings to increase the in call volume. Im hoping Im being stupid here, anyone have an answer?
Thanks in advance,
Mick

The option to increase the in call sound does not seem to be there. I have tried increase all the options e.g system, incoming call etc, but none of these increase the in call volume.

Sorry, my mistake. The only way to increase the in call volume is with the volume up button during a call.

Brilliant, that app has an increase call volume option. Problem sorted.
Thanks very much,
