Default Running 4.0.3 but still looks like 2.3

Okay, so I flashed a stock ICS ROM today (baseband I9100XXLPS), but it doesn't look like ICS at all. Do I need to mess around further to give it a better look? And if so, how would I go about it?

Does not look like ICS compared to what? Perhaps post a screenshot. The default look of ICS is not that far removed from gingerbread, simply smoother, polished and with extra options. Perhaps you're thinking of cyanogenmod 9, which has a more authentic google/android look about it rather than the sammy touchwizzzzzz...
