Hello and welcome to Android Forums eloelo22!
You have the Korean, M250K, variant of the Galaxy S2. Therefore, you should be careful what you flash to it as a lot of the stuff you will come across is for the GT-i9100, International, model and may not apply.
As you say the phone has been rooted, Kies will not recognise it for updates, see post #1, here.
It looks as though someone has, "converted", it to GT-i9100 judging by the firmware.
I would caution you to proceed carefully on this phone as it is not a straight forward case of flashing, for the reasons mentioned above.
I would suggest the best place to obtain more information is the M250S/K/L thread on xda developers, here.
