Contacting Samsung/Kies support
Hi,
Has anyone been successful in contacting S2 support (in particular - Kies support team, with your problems or enhancement ideas)?
I have been using S2 for two weeks now. Before, I owned a HTC Desire. I threw a lot of curse at it, and swore not to take HTC stuff anymore again, but now I think I'll have to call everything off.
I have a list of enhancements and problems, but so far my first one has been waiting almost a week without reply.
