Default Problem: YouTube obscured by still photo

My s2 has started doing a weird thing! When I try to watch a YouTube video, whatever video I click on is then almost entirely obscured by a still photo of a guy playing a guitar (a still from another video I suppose). this is obviously incredibly annoying, and I can't uninstall You Tube. I'd be gratfeul for any suggestions - crossposting this to the apps forum as I don't know which is more appropriate.

Did you try to clear the Youtube app data?
Settings, Applications (or application manager), move to the tab labeled 'All', then scroll down to Youtube. Click it, then click Force stop, Clear data and Clear cache.

Hope it helps...
