Default Get my Select Action prompt back please

I need my Select Action prompt back for my music player on my Galaxy S2. I used to have the option of Player or Internet and some time back I selected Player and set as default. But now I want to be able to select Internet so it will download podcast ect. I've tried to clear defaults on app manager but this hasn't worked. It's driving me nuts!
Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I can't see it....

Did you clear the player's defaults, or the browser's?

That's weird. Did you reboot the phone after you cleared the defaults?
