Default Upgrade Iminent - Wheres Everyone Going to?

Hi All
My contact on my S2 expires in June time so i guess the majority of people on here will be looking for a different phone but i was just wondering what everyone is going to get next?
I was looking at the S3 but hear that there may be an S4 out before then so i might get that.
Anyone want to chip in?

The SGS4 will be announced on March 14th. I highly suggest waiting at least until then to see what it is before deciding.

Mine is up in July ,so like you have been looking about.I thought S3 but dont know if its just me but seems a bit flimsy and creaky.
Always wanted a phone that i didn't have to baby,so when i saw the Experia Z i thought i had found it,then i heard somewhere that viewing angles were not that good, will reserve judgement till i get one in my hand.
Also like the look of the HTC One with it machined aluminium shell, they are stacking up so will be very interested to see if Samsung come up with something special or just a slight rehash of the S3.
One thing though, i actually sent back an HTC phone (forgot the model )and exchanged for the S2,because of appalling viewing angles, and being a full HD screen all the writing in texts and icons was very tiny and hard to read with no global setting to enlarge them,so hope this has been addressed in newer phones.
Have the same problem with my HD laptop when browsing and have to used a 3rd party extension call no squint.

after the Jelly been update I love my phone again. It gave me much of the options I was loving on the S3. So for me I am waiting for the S4.
