Purchased a skyrocket look-alike from China (I know, I know...) but it was really because I couldn't find domestic dual sim phones, which I needed for business.

Anyhow, the phone seems to work great EXCEPT... every so often when I go to dial it gives me the error "android.process.acore" and forces close so I can't dial out. Now, I did look this up online already and the general answer was to go into settings and clear the contacts and contacts storage data. I did do this, and it fixes the problem. However, it also deletes ALL of my contacts. And, when I save some new contacts, I have to repeat this process. Right now, the only way to be able to dial out is to not have any contacts stored (which sucks).

Any tips on what to do? The specs from the ebay seller I purchased from are as follows:
