Sync issue between exchange and phone
This is a new issue; I've got a Skyrocket II, on AT&T in Chicagoland area.
The only thing that doesn't synch is the status of read/unread from handset to laptop, for example, if I read an email on my handset, it still shows up as "unread" on the PC.
if i read an email on my work laptop, it shows as read on the handset.
Same if I delete something on the laptop. If I delete something on the handheld, it's deleted on the laptop
if I send an email on the handheld, it shows up in the "sent Items" on the laptop.
The only thing that's not synching is the status of read/unread from the handheld to the laptop...which means that I go though 100-125 emails every day...twice.
Any help gladly accepted...
