Default 3 issues - email, folders and server connection

3 issues (sorry) -

1. I get tons of emails. If I started at the bottom (first message I haven't read), after I view it, it automatically opens the next oldest message...in other words, the ones I've read. Can't figure out how to change it so it goes to the next unopened email. Help!

2. I'm on an enterprise (work) exchange. I have a ton of email folders and on my bb, I used them religiously. When they appear in the s2, they are not organized except alphabetically, and the only way to get an email in a folder is to scroll through my 100 folders. Ridiculously time consuming and annoying. In bb, you could type the first few letters of the folder and it would go there.

3. Finally, I'm constantly getting messages saying "not connected to server". If I previously deleted emails, they are still there and I have to go through the annoying 3 steps to delet all over again. Any thoughts.
