How to transfer files between PC and S2?

Hi,

I recently purchased a S2 from T-Mobile and I have a question about transferring files (pictures, MP3s, etc) between the S2 and my PC. Right now, the only way I can tell to do this is wirelessly using Kies Air. Is there any way to do this 'wired', i.e. using a USB to micro USB cable?

I see that there is a Kies download application for Windows, but it looks like this is only for Canada.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do so with the USB cable. Once connected, drag down the notification bar and change the USB connected settings to "Connect USB storage"

Just use ES File Explorer from the market, it's free. Connect to your WiFi network and browse to shared folders on your PC. I copy files to and from PC easily that way.

If ES File Exployer is a wireless transder, How do you tranfer thru USB?

welcome to the forums

You can do like LunchBB suggested. First you need drivers installed on your computer. Search Google for Samsung Kies. Install on your computer and it will install the latest drivers. You can also use it to back up contacts, pictures etc.
