In all of my apps that involve a camera, they freeze and I get a black screen after taking 2 or 3 pictures. They are: Google Goggles, Camera360, and Photaf Panorama.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? When I turn off Wi-Fi this doesn't occur.

My phone is rooted, but I'm using the original ROM.

Edit: This appears to happen while Wi-Fi is off as well, though not nearly as often.

Edit2: I've noticed that around the same time that the camera freezes, sounds also stop. I can still press back and try and take pictures, but when I do so it will just show a black screen, and I won't hear the usual sound effect I get when I take a picture.

Edit3: Ok, so both GPS and Wi-Fi have nothing to do with it. I just tried running Photaf, and it froze in the middle while both were turned off.

Would you happen to have a task killer application running? If so, uninstall it and see if that does not clear up the problem, after a reboot/restart.
