Default Chinese menu/firmware on SGH-T989? Galaxy s2

My dad recently got the galaxy SGH-T989 from T-mobile and he would like to install the Chinese firmware on it. But for some reasons I can only find Chinese firmware updates for i91000 instead of SGH-T989. So my question is, is there a way to install Chinese menu( not keyboard inputs) or Chinese firmware on the SGH-T989 or do i have to wait few months for the firmware to come out?
