Default ram issues

got the t989 2 wks ago and suddenly today my phone got really slow/sluggish.checked my ram and im using 750 out of 800. tried rebooting didnt help. tried cleaning cache no help. im desperate thanks to all you out there

pls help

Hmm that's strange how many of the apps you installed are running constantly in the background? It is very unusual that your ram gets so plugged up that you cannot do much. Check the running apps, see if clear memory button will work. Next see if you can stop some of the apps from running in the background using settings and in the apps sub menu. If none of that works you may need to backup everything and reset to factory defaults or even get the phone checked out.
Is it bad that I like code???

I bought new Samsung Galaxy S2 a couple of week back and it showed that it has 1 GB RAM.

Now i upgraded the software to Android 4.0.3 and RAM shows 687MB (total).... How it is possible?

Can Any one help?
