Default People Can't Hear Me on Speakerphone

When talking on the phone normally, everything works great. But since I updated to the latest on Kies (4.0.4, build IMM76D.UVLH1) every time I try to put someone on speakerphone they suddenly can't hear me. I can hear them just fine, but they say I'm very faint, like a blanket has been put over the microphone or something. Used to work great, some people hadn't even realized I'd put them on speaker.
The only things I could think of that were different from when it used to work to now is the update and a new case. Removed the case, the other person still couldn't hear me.

Anyone else having this problem? It seems to be the opposite from many I've seen (caller can only hear them ON speakerphone), and the only similar one was in a Motorola Droid X forum.

Hi Chickeny Welcome to AF.

I don't know if it will help but try this. When you are in a call, press your menu button. I can't remember what the default setting for noise reduction is but tap it and change it to the opposite of what it is set at now.
