Angry my computer will not recognize my tmobile samsung galaxy s2

i am using the charger that i got with my phone.whenever i plug in my phone to two different computers, i tried two, it says one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned. i went to settings firat then connect storage to pc and then plugged in my phone. two days ago it was working fine, now it says this message

Welcome to the forums angelfire360. If you get the USB symbol in your status bar when you plug in just ignore that message and go ahead and connect. Pull down the status bar choose USB connected then Turn on USB storage.
