Default How do I manually update my apps

I have my apps set to not download updates automatically.

But once in a while, I'll get a notification that some apps need to update. I can update them if I jump into the market update screen from the notifications area, but if I do something else before updating, I can't get into that update screen.

You should be able to go into the Market, hit the Menu button and select "My Apps". First apps listed should be ones with updates. Select one and then hit Update.
