"this item cannot be installed in your country" - WTH??

Out of the blue, this message starts popping up when I try to install new apps (not updating existing ones). I am in the U. S. of A. What the hell happened?

Just Turn Your Phone To Offline Mode, Reactivate WiFi And Download Or Update Whatever App You want
