Notsure Ringtone changed?

As of yesterday i had some custom ring tone for certain friends and for every one else another song.

Today for some reason some of then don't work, i tried to set the other custom rings back and it says i can't use a file over 300kbs but my general ring tone is 315kb and the one i had for one of my friends is 345kb. Has any one else had this problem or have an answer?

A solution is GREATLY appreciated .

Did you have the phone mounted as storage at the time you received a call? With the sd card unmounted it can wreak havoc on custom tones because it can't find them.
