Sad Charging problems

My phone isn't charging correctly. In order to charge I need to put the charger in at a certain angle, and it has to stay that way, otherwise it'll stop charging. I think it's a problem with the USB port but I don't know for sure.

Can someone help me? Does anyone have a similar problem?

It could be the cable. Samsung is notoriously fussy about cables.
