Default QuickPic Dramas!!!

Ok so quickpic so far has been awesome until now!

i go into quickpic to set images as either home screen or lock screen wallpapers

i do this:

open quickpic
open the folder with images (download)
select the image (brings it up on screen)
press soft key then set as
select lock screen
the crop box comes up, i dont do any cropping
i then press the save icon in the top right hand corner
press the home button and then unlock
NOTHING!!!

WTF?????

edit: also now there is no ripple effect on the lock screen!!

Slobby,

I use QuickPic as well. Love it too. I too can't get the wallpaper set by using QuickPic they way you listed. Did get it to work by choosing "Crop" and then just saving the uncropped pix when it comes up.

Usually when I change my homescreen pix, which is often with a 16 month old grand daughter to show off, I just go to my soft key menu and choose "Wallpaper". That option give many choices to use. I use the QuickPic option, my gallaries in QuickPic come up and I just choose what pix I want and save it. Voila, the homescreen is set to the new pix.
