For the past month, I get system update notice. Each time I select system update, I get the following message:

E: Error in /cache/eec955eb4a5b.update_SPH-L710_T3_to_IJ7.zip (Status 7)
Installation aborted

Consequently, i select Reboot system now. In a week, I get another system update notice.

May I ask what are the issues?

Update: Just spent 2 hours at Sprints repair center. The repair tech told me that my phone is receiving system update from Samsung. He tried to system update via his computer to my phone. He told me that the his laptop failed when he tried to update the software from main sprints main frame. For now, there is nothing he can do.
Phone model: SPH-L710
Baseband version: L710VPL13
Android version: 4.0.4
Apparently the fail update is from L13 to L17?
Any idea? Thanks for your help
