I used my Droid X2 up to yesterday with Handcent. What a program for sms!

I liked the notification settings for different users and the ability to color my LED and blink it for different contacts. For me just seeing the color of the LED told me what event happened and WHO was contacting me.

My shiny new S3 does NOT do this with Handcent.

Any help or knowledge would be VERY appreciated.

Most likely this is not a feature your phone support, so i would suggest to download a program called LightFlow it allows you to change the LED notification color for specific contacts.

Hope it works better for the SIII than it does for the SII...which it doesn't.

I did have 'Light Flow' for one day only. It's no good.
I allowed in my SG3 Settings to have LED worked.
Then from past experience on SGS2 which really didn't have LED's I installed then and now app named simply "No LED" from the G Play. Try it for yourself... some inividual setups are required.
