Default Camera Storing to Phone Not SD

I got an SD card and mounted it to the S3. The first few photos it saved to the SD card but now everything i take is saving back to the phone. I havent changed any settings. How do i fix this and why has it started happening?

Im new to this but when I first inserted my SD card just now it said single shots will be saved to the card but burst will go on the device. What are the shots your taking?

What happens to panoramic shots etc?

If you use multi shot or face shot it will save to internal sd all other "normal shots " are saved to ext sd.
