Does anyone know how I can take a screen shot on the s3 mini?

Unless they changed something with TW, you should be able to get a screen shot by pressing Volume Down and Power simultaneously and holding them for a second or two.

I must have tried that a million times with no luck,maybe it's changed. I'm on 4.1.2

Ah, leave it to Samsung to muck up the works. I did some searching and it seems that you have to hold down Home and Power together.

I hope that works.
