Default YESSS!! Removable Battery !!

Thank you Samsung, for NOT following the other Manufacturer's folly of making phones with non-removable batteries.

The Galaxy S III will indeed have a user replaceable battery. (and SD card slot)

This is huge plus for GSIII despite some let downs like pentile screen. Having sd slot, removable battery in that slim 8.6mm body is very nice.

I just wish it had a kickstand. But I'm sure there will be cases for that.

Agreed. The accessible battery and sd slot (as well as everything else!) has convinced me to probably get this next. A very smart and sexy piece of tech! I'll still have a good look at the Ascend as that, in my book, is its only contender at the minute.

The U.S version may come with a kickstand backed-removable cover, hopefully it will fit the normal S3.

Those two things have sold it to me. If HTC had added them in their One X then that could have been an option. The Ascend looks interesting but I don't think I can wait!

The only thing I'm trying to decide is do I preorder as it may sell out or do I wait a bit and shop around for the best deal?
